The simple and compact kit is perfect for a key chain, or clip it on your backpack, even on your belt, or just toss it in your glove box. This kit is designed to open up so that you can pull out the tin without undoing the paracord. The tin, gives you a nice compact container to keep your items in, so that they don't fall out randomly. The tin can be used to make char cloth, and even signal rescuers. The buckle has a whistle and fero rod/striker built in. In the tin, you'll find some homemade char cloth (to spark with your fero rod), a can opener, and two snelled fishing hooks, and a ball head hood. Plus, there is still a little room left to customize it.
